DINA MANDE Creative Director
Dina is an accomplished brand strategist, graphic designer, copywriter, editor, visual fx artist and award winning filmmaker. Originally from St. Helena, Dina started her career in the Napa Valley; first in the marketing department at Buena Vista Winery, then at Napa’s leading agency, Balzac Communications. After a stint at Industrial Light & Magic in Marin County to learn animation and visual effects, then a year in the breakneck world of news, she transitioned to entertainment marketing, design and advertising. She spent the next nine years branding and marketing feature films, television shows and DVDs at New Wave Entertainment for clients such as HBO, Warner Bros, Paramount, Lifetime, Disney and designed the entire graphics package for the 2004 Emmy Awards. Her short films have played numerous festivals, including Tribeca and Toronto. Recently, Dina has served as creative director on projects for Sony, Pepsi, Aquafina and Microsoft.

HENRY MATHIEU Creative Strategist and Copywriter
Henry is a uniquely talented brand strategist and creative director. He has over a decade’s worth of experience engineering communications solutions for clients including Oreo, Coca-Cola, Planters, Piggly Wiggly, the ONDCP, the ASPCA, and numerous restaurants, destination resorts, and tourism bureaus. Before striking out on his own, Henry worked as a copywriter for Foote Cone & Belding in San Francisco, TLR & Associates Entertainment Advertising in Los Angeles, DRAFTFCB in New York, and Rawle Murdy in Charleston. Currently, Henry takes on independent client work with a select group of trusted partners.

CHELSEA SCHMITZ Head of Production
Chelsea moved to Paso Robles in 2009 after attending Brooks College with a degree in Graphic Design and now excels in account management with Juice’s demanding clients. Chelsea also has a fabulous eye and in addition to keeping clients informed and happy, and projects on time and within budget, she also shoots stellar stills and footage.

LINDSAY MASTEN Art Director
Lindsay is a print, digital, and identity designer with deep roots in the Central Coast. Native to San Luis Obispo, Lindsay has worked with local businesses small and large alike —including wineries Peachy Canyon, Grey Wolf, and Croad Vineyards, among others — bringing their brands to life through everything from cycling jerseys, to large format signage, to print collateral. Her latest feats include two years as an editorial designer in newspaper publishing and private beta testing with the Adobe team for new design software products. In 2011 Lindsay was named as one of the “Best Graphic Designers” by Creative Quarterly. She drinks a lot of espresso.

DREW ROSS Editor and Cinematographer
Drew keeps the Juice team powered with his vast knowledge of web, computer and video technologies. Along with working his magic in post production, he is one of our team’s lead cinematographers. He has shot at locations ranging from the Pacific Northwest to underwater scenes in the Caribbean. Drew was recognized in 2008 by the Society of Professional Journalists for his work on defending the First Amendment.

ROBYN MARIE HILL Shooter, Editor, Designer
Robyn is all creative. She has experience, passion and talent in still photography, filmmaking, writing, design and has a passion for creating content for the digital space. Robyn has worn every hat on the Juice team including designing ads, shooting and editing films and shooting portraits of celebrity clients.

JEFF NICOSIA Copywriter
Jeff has been lucky enough to have worked with some of the most talented people in the business, at agencies like Campbell Ewald, Dentsu and Saatchi & Saatchi, working on brands such as Chevy, BMW, Calvin-Klein, Ralph Lauren, Time-Warner, to name a few. “I know it’s a volatile business, but it beats the hell out of digging ditches. I genuinely love it. Call me crazy.”

MARY BAKER Copywriter
When you have a strong idea that needs expression, you’ll want a writer that understands your vision and your ‘voice’. Mary Baker has a great ear for spoken language and she listens carefully to what you want to say. With 20 years of experience in wine marketing, she can also work with you to achieve your branding goals. Mary was one of the first nine winery bloggers in the United States and a two-time finalist in the American Wine Blog Awards.

REILLY NEWMAN Designer
With an education in “Graphic Communications” under his belt and 4+ years of industry experience, and wise words from several brilliant mentors, Reilly has cheerfully found his lifelong fascination. From competing Nationally to serving the shop-around-the-corner’s design needs, Reilly keenly works hard to create quality design, smiles, and an unforgettable experience.
