It’s Design. It’s Building. It’s Design+Build. In January 2011 Corbett Wulfing launched one of the only Design+Build companies on the Central Coast. So what is it?  “Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team - works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services, ” according to DBIA. A Master Builder. A marriage of architecture and construction. Two related fields combining under one roof, one person. A yin and a yang. Alright… you get it. And therefore I think you get the symbol we designed for Corbett as well.

From mood boards to sketches, to roughs, to kerning, to countless color swatch tests we finally have a resolution. Corbett gets the “biggest client folder” award. Thankfully, he took huge interest in the project let us totally geek out during every stage trying to comprehend the design and printing process. It truly was a collaborative effort, and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!
